We use clr-boot-manager as an intermediary between GRUB2 on BIOS and systemd-boot on UEFI. clr-boot-manager is not a boot loader.
Xrey274 Just checked and I don't have /boot/efi folder. Does that mean that I installed Solus in Legacy Mode?
By default, /boot is unmounted on Solus. clr-boot-manager knows how to mount it when it is making changes. /boot should just be an empty directory to later act as the mount point. If, when mounted, you do see /boot/EFI that likely means that you are installed with UEFI support and systemd-boot, assuming that Solus is the only installed OS. Otherwise, you would see grub related config files.
