For context, I'm on unstable, fully updated on Gnome 3.36.3, using Vivaldi version 3.1.1929.45 (Stable channel) (64-bit). Laptop is still the Acer Aspire E15 e5-576g-5762 model, with a GeForce MX150 graphics card (it's also hybrid graphics as well). The issue I have is on various different websites, IF I scroll up/down at a certain speed (aka fast, very fast, or plaid speed), the browser glitches out with a lot of black OR white across the screen (depending on the websites background). It's not screen tearing per se, but I've uploaded a quick video of the issue for any of those interested in the link below. The issue happens regardless of hardware acceleration ON or OFF.
If anyone knows any insights to this issue or knows any commands I might have to tweak in vivaldi://flags for example to navigate this issue, feel free to post below! This is a recent issue I've noticed that's happened with the last two Vivaldi updates or so I'd say.
EDIT: This issue does NOT happen on Firefox, so I believe it falls around a chromium issue which might be out of the realm to fix I assume outside of just waiting for another chromium update to eventually fix this issue.
