Mattermost package

At first: I don't know what tag should be used for this so "Feedback" seems the best for me.

Hello guys, I really miss a Mattermost package in eopkg. Unfortunately I must use a generic package from a .tar.gz or a .AppImage. The problem is that I don't have auto updates there but I also try to avoid Snaps and Flatpaks that much I can because I don't like container software. I experienced performance and permission issues with Snaps and Flatpaks really often.

Sorry but that's just the way the ecosystem is going outside of repo packages. Containerization software via flatpak and snap allow for easier delivering of updates of everything in the application's domain and allows for sandboxed applications to still be granted permissions via XDG portals for integration without going to the other extreme like SELinux where you have to manage and write complex policies to reliably enforce security.

Mattermost is not going to be included. The decision was final.

Long story short, unless this has changed in the meantime, the desktop add doesn't bring much added value compared to the web version.
