Software Center acting weird today

Hey guys,

I have KDE Plasma Solus installed. Working great till today. I tried to do the updates that it prompted, and it shut down the update process on GIMP and VLC updates. Then I tried to install steam, and it is cutting me off as well.

Something going on with the Software Center?

I tried your idea and it seems I have a problem.

Oddly enough while this is happening my Windows 10 partition is garbage. Getting tempted to nuke it all and start over. I have my Solus where I like it, what is holding me back.
