Update bisq to 1.3.4

Currently, in the Solus repository BISQ is at version 0.6.7. This version doesn't connect to the BISQ network and lacks most of BISQ features, like linking to mobile app for notifications. Officially BISQ is already on version 1.3.4 so it would be awesome to have it updated to its most recent version.
