Migration between physical and virtual machines is good thing.. and Linux is about customization..
Ok i installed Nvidia drivers, speed within OS after boot is fine, 3D Steam and Unigine Heaven is now running fine, so graphics drivers are fine.
Unfortunatelly graphics drivers installer has to any output, i cant be sure that kernel was regenated.. i really dunno how Solus is working inside.
Here is photo that ATA messages during boot - i setup kernel parameters to show that, otherwise i would only look on blinking cursor for 2 minutes. Its something about have problem to negotiate Sata port speeds, i have to google it, i had to time yet..

These message are there for other devices up to ata14 for one more minute, i guess that you dont need photo of that.
Its same for normal and alternative kernel, i have yesterdays iso from internet all update. Machine is based on Z390 chipset.
Otherwise i did one disk thing, if im thinking about it. Im not using swap partition but im want to use swap in file. In fstab is not swap partition so it should be fine, but i saw there /proc and /dev/shd or something like that its not typical and i didnt see it for long time.. its interesting, but i thing unrelated - it would be ugly bug.
