I guess I will explain why i asked the previous question if your dropping the network the ethernet isnt connected thats one problem. If your connected but have no internet thats another problem most likely. The connection must be connected and have a valid gateway to connect to internet. You can be connected but the gateway messed up and have no internet.
I had these problems months ago losing gateway ended up being a cable issue (dont use cheap china cables) and possible router issue.
Also i have seen things go bonkers when coming out of hibernation on computers. When it drops you need bring up network manager see if your connected and have valid gateway if not it will say no internet connection, also at that time make sure your ip is valid for your network (on the same subnet) and that your connected. You got go in steps or you chase your tail. Dns i think is pretty reliable nowdays not sure if that would be a common problem
- connected (nework manager says your connected)
- valid gateway (if wrong network manager will say no internet)
- valid ip (samesubnet)
- check connection speed (if not same as your nework something is wrong 100=100)
- 1.1.1.1 is a good sub for dns when testing.
- If all that checks out probably need look elsewhere
Aslo I am firm believer in user profiles make a spare user leave it default switch to it and run awhile see if you have the same problem. If not its something in that user profile causing problems.
(Ok done rambling anybody see anything wrong correct me Just info for what its worth)
