Hi, I'm running Solus 4.1 Budgie on a VM (VirtualBox). I'm on a MacBook Pro 11,1 (Retina, 13-inch, Mid 2014). Absolutely love Solus so far, and I've spent this past 5 days installing/uninstalling tons of ubuntu distress until I found Solus and fell in love with it! After 2ish days of experimenting, pulling my hair out, and uninstalling again, it's working now. But I cannot get the camera to work. I definitely don't know enough to figure this out on my own and can't pretend to anymore.
I have no other problems seemingly! But I really want to use Zoom in a VM because I already hate zoom, and unfortunately need it for my classes...I would really appreciate some help! I'm scared to mess around with the various Ubuntu guides for it online. I have tried following them on Ubuntu distros as well (I have tried 11.1,14.04, 18.04, and the latest one) but it didn't work. 🙁
So, I'm really desperate.
I'm not sure if this helps, but I saw it in a previous thread. Here is what happens when I do the inxi -Fz
command: (BTW: I still can't get the copy/paste from guest-host work at all so I'm typing this all by hand so if anything is off lmk sorry)
