jarviz When can Git software be updated it causing me issues. I can't push to my repository but when ever use another distro it works so I checked the version of Git on both distros and Solus is far behind leading me to the conclusion that it must be the cause for this. And is there any way I can update this by myself?
davidjharder jarviz You must be experiencing some other issue. Git upstream is at 2.26.2 (here), and so is Solus (here).

davidjharder jarviz No, I am saying if your system is up-to-date, then you have the latest Git release. Is your system up-to-date?
Justin jarviz So you have the latest version. There are NO new versions after that. So your problem is not an up to date git.
