Install including latest updates on offline computer?

Hi there!
I installed SOLUS Budgie on a Thinkpad X1 Carbon 4th gen. that has a broken wifi card which I will replace soon.
In the meantime could I install all the latest updates even though the laptop cannot go online?
If so, what would I have to do?
The laptop obviously only has USB slots, no optical drive.

I bought an USB 3 hub with integrated LAN port for 30€ when my wifi drivers were not working out of the box . And I need more ports anyway.

Edit: Cause my convertible obviously does not have an ethernet port.

It's not that the wifi drivers don't work, rather that the laptop doesn't have a functioning wifi card at the moment, it's broken (the cable took the socket off the board when I tried to get it off, the cable was stronger than the soldering...).
I have ordered an adapter for an ethernet connection but haven't received it yet.
So, all is offline.

Well, looks like I should have mentioned that the X1 Carbon doesn't have an RJ45 port and I don't have the appropriate adapter yet to use a wired connection.
So, it is offline and I need to install the updates offline.

SOLUSfiddler Yeah I know, I was just explaining what I did with a similar problem.
USB, WiFi, and RJ45 are your only options as far as I can tell. Since WiFi is not working at the moment and you don't have a RJ45 port, you either wait for your ordered Ethernet adapter or use USB solutions like WiFi-stick/USB dongle.
Is your ordered item to replace the onboard socket or an USB dongle like I suggested? If it's the latter just wait in my opinion.

There's no offline upgrade option no. However since your PC is offline you've got much less chance of any security issues, so you can use it as is until you get the wireless card replaced.

Ok, then upgraded packages may be installed as follows.

Definitions.

source computer = computer with Internet
target computer = computer without Internet

Briefly.

get upgraded packages from the source computer
install them on the target computer

Details.

Run a full upgrade on the source computer:

 sudo eopkg upgrade

Attach USB device to the source computer. Create a folder for Solus packages on USB device. For example, my USB key is labeled 982D-7004; I'll create solus-packages folder on it:

 mkdir /run/media/just/982D-7004/solus-packages

On the source computer, copy all packages from eopkg cache to newly created solus-packages USB folder:

 cp /var/cache/eopkg/packages/* /run/media/just/982D-7004/solus-packages

Unmount, then detach USB device from the source computer
Attach USB device to the target computer

On the target computer, make solus-packages USB folder your current working directory. In my case the command is:

 cd /run/media/just/982D-7004/solus-packages

Install all packages from solus-packages USB folder on the target computer with one command:

 sudo eopkg install $(ls *.eopkg | sort)
