Gnome: missing Activities Overview Hot Corner?

Does anyone know how to enable the Activities Overview Hot Corner in Solus Gnome? Not sure if it's a VM issue, but I'm not able to make it work or find the setting for it in Gnome-Tweaks. I've even set 'enable hot corners' to 'true' in Gsettings, but still no luck.

I can't give you a reason for why the hot corner doesn't work in your VM, but I can tell you that the hot corner works just fine in Gnome 3.36.1 on my Solus laptop.

I don't see an option in my Gnome Tweaks tool to enable/disable the Overview, it might've been removed in an update because Gnome 3.36 changed a lot of things on the backend, so for better or worse, it is what it is now.

However, you can still tweak the custom hot corner with a few different extensions. Two that I know are of these two:

Maybe give those a test out and see how they go in your VM, but it should run fine if you were to install Solus. Hope this was helpful!

h3o i don't have the option in tweaks either. Don't know why, but you can disable it in dconf-editor - no need for an extension. Install dconf-editor (can be uninstalled afterwards again) and open it
-> browse to: org/gnome/desktop/interface => "enable-hot-corners (you could even search for "corner" in dconf-editor to find the option)

[deleted] Fedora 32 have gnome-tweaks v.3.34.0 and Solus have version 3.32.0, probably that is a feature in the new version.
