KDE Stuttering

I am using the KDE edition of Solus with a Ryzen 1600, Nvidia RTX 2060 Super @ 4K, and 32 GB of RAM.

And I am getting intermittent studdering, as well as the compositor is randomly getting disabled which is getting annoying. However, On my Galago Pro(Intel iGPU), it works perfectly fine. Is this a GPU issue? I have a Vega56 I could test with but I want to make sure I am not chasing a red herring.

I'm not aware of any nvidia issues with plasma at the moment, specially reg stuttering

Odd, I guess I'll try swapping the GPU's out and see what happens.

So I switched to the Vega56 and "Mostly" everything is running smoothly. Google Chrome is still a hot mess. (Which I expect).

However Final Fantasy XIV is no longer killing the compositor and everything else is butter smooth.

So something is up with Nvidia and KDE. Or it might just be my overall configuration.

I have also noticed this a bit myself. Up to date Plasma with NVIDIA 1060GTX on 440.82 driver.
