Installing Solus on Lenovo Thinkcentre m91p

I've installed solus before on multiple different machines and never had an issue. but i think because this machine used to be a windows 7 enterprise machine, it won't recognize solus as a OS. it continually gives me "ERROR 1962 NO OS FOUND" i've tried multiple bios changes and nothing seems to work. Any suggestions with this machine?

Known good hardware
Known good iso
Boots fine from live usb
gparted sees all sectors and are flagged correctly
IDE, Legacy, Intel manageability, nothing changes

See if this helps tutorial video on the Error 1962 - everything except for the boot to Windows normally.

This is great advice from fishy. I've run solus on 3 old desktop lenovos (m77 and m91) and once in a while you have to get all OldeSchool with the hardware and cmos jumpers to reset. The old board can be stubborn to reset. I'm surprised you got the 1962 message without mentioning unusual beeping from the mobo. Good luck.

Surprised I never got it on my Lenovo think centre tower I have.
All I did was copy what theeft wrote - pasted it in a search and 3 of the links was youtube video.

Ok cleared cmos with the jumper
Nothing changed still getting 1962 error

ATA is in IDE with native mode disabled
PXE is Disabled
Intel Manageability is Disabled
Boot Sequence is correct
Quick Boot Disabled
Tried Auto, UEFI and Legacy

I'm at a loss here. I can boot from live usb and get desktop environment and rechecked with gparted and terminal that the HDD is partitioned correctly, and this a stand alone os without dual boot. The system was looking for network check with PXE and I disabled it so that should no longer be an issue. the only thing i can think of is the bios verison is strictly looking for a windows boot file and not seeing it, so i could try flashing the bios or i could somehow mimic the windows boot file it's looking for by renaming it.

Repasted the cooler and the southbridge to put some life back into it.
