Flatpak warning after last update

I get the following Flatpak warning after last week, probably since the large upgrade including GNOME 3.36.
Flatpaks seem to install and update fine though

Warning: Failed to get revokefs-fuse socket from system-helper: User flatpak does not exist in password file entry

Am getting the same error, what do I do?

from now on you have to do the update and install flatpak apps with sudo like:

sudo flatpak update
sudo flatpak install flathub ...
