Title bar icons too light in dark theme (Zim-desktop-wiki)

Hello, I've never reported bugs before...

Zim (notebook app) has a toolbar with icons that are a light grey which is a little hard to see using the Platta-Noir theme in Budgie. There was a post already on the Zim GitHub "issues" section, so I added my own screenshot and confirmation that I see something similar.

Was that the right course of action? Or is it something one needs to take up with the Plata-Noir folks? Or Solus itself?

I did contact the Plata dev, and he explained why it wasn't going to do what I wanted...

But all I had to do was change the icon theme to a "dark" variant, and the icons are now nice and white. So, Zim looks great in a dark theme.

Note to self: remember change icon theme to "dark" when using a dark theme.

Btw, it was the default on the install to have Plata-Noir and Papirus. Any reason it is not Plata-Noir and Papirus-Dark?
