Solus Budgie 4.1 Touchpad problem

I am new to Linux and Solus is my first Linux based OS I have ever used. Unfortunately I am not satisfied because of one problem.
My touchpad is not working.

Laptop: Lenovo
Model: IdeaPad
Submodel: S145-15IIL

After trying command lspci, output is not even showing touchpad and in settings “Mouse and Touchpad” I don’t see anything related to touchpad except primary button configuration.

MysterZhul Looks like the Linux kernel needs to accept this patch https://lore.kernel.org/linux-input/20191202010253.GO248138@dtor-ws/t/ which adds the newer touchpad models for support.

It may be possible for the Solus team to add the patch separately, I'd request it on https://dev.getsol.us

Justin is there any way I could copy/paste it somewhere for it to work?

MysterZhul You'd need to know how to compile the kernel to include the extra IDs, it's not exactly simple.
