Can't see DVD drive and won't read files

won't read files on cd, dvd..

The image says it's blank... Are you sure there's data on the disc?

yes on cd is one mp4 video and 10-12 images...on external dvd player works... codecs? thanks

Loop Codes only relate to files, it can't even see any files. What does mount show? The CD drive is usually called /dev/sr0 I believe.
