When I try to connect with dolphin to my samba share on my synology nas I get the following error:

That's how i try to connect: smb://servername/directory
I did not have this problem on manjaro.
What surprises me is that the dolphin at manjaro asked me for a user and password. The dolphin of solus gives the error directly.
Can somebody please tell me what exactly is missing there? I already tried google and searched the forum but I can't find anything.
I'm using the latest solus (KDE).
