Booting/Installing Solus on Lenovo Thinkpad P53

Hello, I have installed Solus Budgie and Gnome on 2 computers and a thinkpad laptop, and I am now wanting to install it on a new Lenovo Thinkpad P53 That I have, but when I try to boot from USB it tries for a second but never leaves the boot menu. I was able to boot and install ubuntu from USB very straightforward. Are there any known issues with the set up below:

what are your BIOS settings? do you have Secure Boot enabled? make sure to read the installation guide. 🙂 https://getsol.us/articles/installation/

I did change the BIOS settings but did not disable secure boot. I did now and it worked, Thank you synth-ruiner . What a waste of a day haha.
