I've been enjoying using Rhythmbox to play music files from my NAS while I use the computer. Is Strawberry worth changing to?

Depends on how happy you are with Rythmbox, I was not happy with other options.
I use Plama, so the fact that Strawberry uses QT means it integrates better in terms of theme than GTK stuff.

An as I said in the "What Is Your Favorite Music Player?" thread:

Strawberry (QT5 fork of Clementine).

Working folder view that doesn't require a 3rd party plugin

Remember playback position after closing / restart (Useful for listening to podcasts)

Can be customized to not look ugly

Actively developed

I think I tried every other music player in the repository, once I found this I stopped looking. Very happy with it.
