libssl-dev, libreadline-dev, zlib1g-dev, libsqlite3-dev:repo item not found

Hey everyone!
I need to install libssl-dev, libreadline-dev, zlib1g-dev, and libsqlite3-dev but they're not found! I keep getting the error "item repo not found". What can I do in this case? What alternatives can someone suggest? I need these packages for an online course I'm taking whereby they're needed for Ruby on Rails.

you can search for names inside the software center or via terminal with eopkg sr <pkgname> in your case these are probably the names of Debian repo and not upstream name, so it's a bit of a pain to find them but you are probably looking for

openssl-devel
readline-devel
zlib-devel
sqlite3-devel
