If you're trying to install or update Spotify you'll have issues. A user spoke to me just recently about this and the download of the files fails every time.

Edit: Clarity, the download stalls part way through.

      Ah yes, I tried downloading it in the browser, it also failed halfway through. When I resumed the download it finished normally.

      Resolved (in theory) and unstickying. It appears downloading strictly over HTTPS from Spotify is broken for the files, HTTP works fine.

      Is it an ideal fix? Nope.
