Hey guys, i'm from brazil so the text can have some problems of write, be patient please.
So, one day used the comand "sudo eopkg up", but when that ask if i want to download the upgrades, i've put no, and all my problems begins.
Now i cannot upgrade the system because i always get the same errno 14, could not fetch destination file, n i search many times since the problem begin and never could solve it, anyone can help me ? I'm thnking on reinstall the distro.

And when i try do upgrade form software center it never stop the "desconcertando a matrix" (cant translate)

gnomo Try using these commands one at a time and see if that helps:

    sudo usysconf run -f
    sudo eopkg rdb
    sudo eopkg up

And to make sure you don't have any missing or corrupt files use this command:

sudo eopkg check | grep Broken | awk '{print $4}' | xargs sudo eopkg it --reinstall

Let us know if that helps anything and good luck my Brazilian friend.

Now i'm trying the last comand you told me, let's see what happens

Like my terminal told me i've used the comand wrong, but i just did ctrl c + ctrl shift v

The link leads to a personal repo, according to the github entry. Are you using it by intention? If not, you could probably just remove it (see description for eopkg in the help center)

gnomo [Errno 14] curl#6 - "Could not resolve host: github.com"

This message means that there is likely some problem with your internet connection. I could open the repo without a problem using a browser.

So, i've add the official repo of Solus, this repo you just show me is the portuguese repo of Solus, i think, because it came installed with the OS. So, the epokg up is working, maybe it's just a trouble with my internet like u said. If it's solved i write here

So, i figure out my problem was a wifi plug i putted on my computer (who already have a wifi receptor), i could not do the update until i had plugged it of. Now all are working weel, thank you for the help and the attention, i'll not be afraid to participate in the forum anymore 😁.

gnomo Can I ask who you bought the machine from? I'd like to follow up with them so that they aren't shipping that repo by default. It hasn't been updated in 8 months which can lead to a whole host of problems, security and otherwise.

My machine came with win7, i bought it some years ago, has a few months since i did install Solus, is a Asus. And i downloaded it from the official Solus site.

gnomo Then you or someone else using that machine must have added that second repo. We have never shipped an ISO with it available.

gnomo The URL you mentioned for your repo isn't an official one, so either you didn't download it from the official site or you did change it some way.

@DataDrake I think the unmaintained repo on github is from @Christoph3

kyrios I know it is. I'm just confused as to how it is on their system if they installed from one of our ISOs because the impression I got was that they hadn't added it themselves.

I will try on virtualbox and make sure if did it came installed on the iso

I think as well probaly i add that second repo somehow when i was exploring the system.

Ok, it did not came installed, my fault, sorry. But once, i'm glad for your help, you know about some guide of solus ? i want to study a little more about linux and how can i use the terminal bether, i'll be glad if you can hep me
