Sometimes I experience a glitch in System Tray icon applet when I logout and login a couple of times sometimes the background of network icon loads darken then I logout and login again and it's back to normal. It only happens to System Tray applet.

yes this is something like that but I might have found an issue is with an icon set for now it seems ok. The issue might be with the Faenza-Dark icon set I have switched it to Faenza-ambiance and it loads with a blink of black background but then looks fine. I will inform if it occurs again.

JoshStrobl yeah I figured it out as it still happens but I managed to apply ugly workaround when it happens just go to keyboard shortcuts and create a custom keybinding like Alt+R and assign a command killall budgie-panel it refreshes right away.

I have implemented this fix into a system startup that works flawlessly, I rebooted the system 10 times and no more issues with the panel. Just go to the Budgie Settings -- click autostart option -- click add -- choose command and add the command killall budgie-panel to startup.

mrxspice Thank you! This is working fine on my PC too. I was stuck using only materia-gtk-theme which this issue was not present. Now I can use every theme I want.

caesar96 for some reason --replace option has glitches with my desktop theme but that is up to my setup of course, you can use --replace too but killall works fast no matter what.
