I have just finished installing the latest version of Solus Budgie on my laptop and wanted to share that information so others with the same laptop would know that it works . My laptop is a Dell Inspirion 15 3531 with the following specifications:
Intel Celeron N2830 @ 2.16 Ghz dual core CPU
4 gig ram
500 GB WDC hard drive 5400 rpm
Intel IronLake GPU
it also had a webcam, a SD card reader , and 802.11 n wifil all Intel based but i do not know the exact details off hand. Everything does work "out of the box" . I hope this information is helpful to someone.
