Hello. Same issue here.
I see that Python3 does not have "exceptions", only python2. Even though when I specified to use python2 I have still the same issue. However, I modified the eopkg file, on the top where you specify python, I had "!/usr/bin/python", and then I changed it to "!/usr/bin/python2.7". Then just repair on Terminal "sudo eopkg check | grep Broken | awk '{print $4}' | xargs sudo eopkg it --reinstall" and it works fine for now.
