HP Slim 290-p0311ng
I bought a new PC (https://support.hp.com/de-de/product/HP-Slim-290-p0000-Desktop-PC-series/19390524/model/24521734?jumpid=reg_r1002_dede_s-001_title_r0001). After I switched off Secure_Boot and switched to CSM and formatted the built-in ssd I installed Solus. All works really well.
I am satisfied. After I have updated the system, the HDMI port also works. Great.đź‘Ť See:

Only the built-in Wlan chipset is apparently not compatible. Are there any efforts on the part of Solus to implement the RTL 88xx family (https://www.realtek.com/en/component/zoo/category/rtl8821ce-software)? For info Bluetooth works fine. At the moment I use my general purpose weapon Netgear WPN111 as WLan adapter. It would be a pity if users would fail because of this little thing although HP is known for its Linux compatibility.
Greetings
