Hi,
I have used Solus MATE for a bit over year now, and I'm really loving it. Recently I've started thinking about trying Budgie, but I'm not really interested in reinstalling the system. Today I read a post on reddit and decided to try Budgie. After installing and switching to Budgie, my displays were not configured properly. This was expected, and I thought it would be simply be a matter of quick configuration.
However, I'm now unable to find any sort of of display configuration in Budgie. I checked the help page of display configurations, and I can't find display settings from the Budgie Menu. On top of that I have the display configurations options described in the GNOME section when I right-click the desktop, but after I try selecting any of the selections nothing happens. Am I missing some package that has the display configurations of Budgie, or is there some mispackaging of configurations that cause Budgie DE to somehow have GNOME configurations options? Any help is appreciated 🙂
Long story short, I installed Budgie DE after using MATE for quite a long time and now I'm unable to configure the displays in Budgie.
