USB 3.0 port is not working .

I am on a Dell laptop booting the LTS kernel and Solus is patched as of today.

What steps here would troubleshoot USB ports? The port itself is fine as far as I know. I have used it in the past

Plug your device then open a terminal and type lsusb can you see it?
