Ethernet LAN connection keeps disconnecting

Hi,
My internet connection keeps disconnecting every 20'-30' at random and I have to go to the icon of network manager,disconnect and connect again and it work. I don't have this issue on Windows 10 on my other partition.
Can someone help?

I think you should be more clear: you said it disconnects at random points, but you also said that you go to NM and disconnect. So what's really happening? What's the exact symptom?

It will just lose internet connection. In order to connect again I have to go on the icon of NM pres disconnect and connect again.

OK so the electrical link is still there. When the error appears again, could you please issue these commands and post the output?

traceroute getsol.us
