FIXED:
After reinstalling Solus, I have run into an issue with the Wi-Fi card. After installing the proper drivers and rebooting, the card is detected yet no Wi-Fi networks are displayed. Other devices are able to see the networks to I don't think its on the router side of things. I've spend a couple hours digging through the forums, reddit, and google and can't find anything that works. I have a feeling it is something really simple that I have missed.
ifconfig output:

lspci | grep -i Broadcom output:
02:00.0 Network controller: Broadcom Inc. and subsidiaries BCM4352 802.11ac Wireless Network Adapter (rev 03)
EDIT: I figured it out, somehow the airplane mode function key got flipped so its all messed up but, i now have wifi and bluetooth. Always check hardware, along with software is the lesson I guess. I'll keep this up in case anyone runs into a similar issue.
