First I'm sorry if I'm not using the right tags, but I just want to give a suggestion about tiling windows in Budgie. I don't need something crazy like DWM that can recursively split sections of the screen, it'd be great to make it more like MS Windows, where you can have one window on each corner of the screen.
Better Window tiling?

Last I heard they were waiting for Mutter to implement quarter tiling, as Budgie leverages Gnome's mutter as its window manager. It's been in the Gnome devs' plans, but no releases with it AFAIK.
There are some Gnome extensions that implement this, such as gTile, shelltile, and others such as QTile and PyGrid, but I'm not sure if they work on Budgie or not.
GNOME actually had a working implementation of quarter tiling but it had issues on multi-monitor setups I believe so they scrapped it until they could resolve that issue. Not sure where it got to after that.
