A user requested a utility called HydraPaper to be included in the repo, it's a great little application that allows you to set per-monitor wallpapers on Budgie, GNOME and MATE.
I've today packaged it and it works great! Coming soon to stable!

So Hydrapaper is no more in the repository and we have to use flatpack, that's it ?
And nothing else than Hydrapaper ? Maybe some future Budgie capabilty.

Because of libhandy, "a mobile-focused UX library developed by Purism that is not going into the repository".
What about Superpaper, can you try that? The dev said that it should work with budgie.
