We already have MPV in the repository, and in fact GNOME MPV (a frontend to MPV) is the default video player for the primary Solus, as well as the Solus GNOME, editions. There is no "MPV with ffmpeg", it uses and requires ffmpeg. Naturally, if it requires ffmpeg, it will come with ffmpeg.
