Google Chrome weird border

Hello everyone, hope you doing well.

First of all, thanks for such beauty -- Solus. I've switched this week from Ubuntu, it feels like I am breathing again.

Does anyone know how to get rid of this blue border around tabs? =)

Thanks in advance.

Btw: I know I can use standard-ish look by clicking "Use Classic", just wondering why is this on GTK.

Because their GTK support is garbage. Chrome is written in its own toolkit, not GTK. There isn't a solution besides not using the GTK+ "theme".

beganovich i use the Classic look in Chrome myself. I didn't like it at first, but honestly after using it for a day or two I didn't even notice anymore and now I'm quite happy and used to it =)

Hi, I'm a new forum's member.

Looks like the presence of the blue border around tabs depends on Gtk theme, used for Applications in Gnome 3.

For example, I use PRO-Dark-GTK theme, and there is no blue border in Chrome, with Appearance set to GTK+.

There is no blue border with the set of MATE-Colors and many other Gtk themes either. The border do appear, when the default Plata themes are used for Gnome's Applicattions.

just I can't switch to anything else <> then Plata Noir. Sorry, it's just awesomely great dark theme implementation =)
