Here's "Latitux", an ex-contract laptop from 2013-ish I picked up cheaply about a year back to replace an aging Lenovo Ideapad. It's nothing too fancy for a main machine, but with how well it's handled every Linux I've thrown at it (including touch support, great for touching up design work) I really can't complain! Switched to Solus about a week ago from Manjaro (and Debian before that), and I couldn't be happier with my experience so far, and I'm happy to be a part of the community ⛵️

Just got my first Linux-built laptop after getting fed up dealing with problems on Macbooks. I have faultless Bluetooth now, suspend that can be trusted, no grub config additions needed just to run a new kernel, etc etc. It's only an i3 (a new Starlabs MKIV) but it runs beautifully with its 16GB RAM and a nice fast drive
