I don't think anyone has simply because the Pi 4s are on preorder right now and most people wont be seeing them until mid September or August. That said, i don't know the status of the Solus pi image (didn't even know there was one), but i imagine it's not up to date with the new open source drivers and it's not a 64 bit image (albeit, Raspbian isn't 64 bit either). Correct me if I'm wrong.
