I am just copying the fix specified by @davidmcdougal for easy use :
Using two command lines in the terminal. One to fix the delay of the snaps, the other to fix the issue after the reboot.
ON STARTUP:
sudo apparmor_parser -r /var/lib/snapd/apparmor/profiles/
AND TO FIX THE SNAPS:
sudo usysconf run apparmor -f
