Hello Solus forums! I just got Solus Budgie about a month ago and started making a theme for my own personal use because I was having a hard time finding one. I decided to show people over on reddit, and it gained some popularity to my surprise. I have decided to try and release it for the public (sometime in a near future hopefully) to enjoy, so I thought I would see what the interest looked like over here! Please let me know if you are interested in this theme for your own Solus Budgie Desktop!

Here is a small album and a quick picture.
I have more pictures and details, and if people are interested I will post the link to the full post on reddit or at least upload some more pictures and information here(depending on the community guidelines, I'm not quite sure!)

Certainly got some skill there! Not my style but if you have the code up on GitHub or elsewhere I'd love to check it out!

NikkNakk Its really cool..is it possible for you to provide color arguments in sh script...as well as choosing other min/max/close buttons based on arguments....

Damn now that's some amazing theme.
I'll love to see that in dark version
Also that would be awesome to have default theme in solus

Ok, this is epic. I would like more color variations though. The one you have right now is more light-hearted pastel color, more type of colors would be appreciated. Great job, keep it up! 😀

Looks really fun! I'd like it in different colors. The traffic lights are nice too! Good job. I'd be interested in this if it was available. 🙂

viyoriya Yeah, so everything like that will be provided in scripts. I'm currently cleaning things up and trying to get a github running. But I'm trying to make the theme easily modifiable from a like config file.

I'll have to look into the choosing different buttons. It shouldn't be too difficult, since I am using svgs to render the images when the scripts are run.

Fatih19 Here take a look at this! Those were just some example colors. But for every color with the palette I use, the user can chose a variety of shades, from light to dark.

Justin Glad to hear it! Again, there is a lot of variation possible. I think I describe somewhat more in the album. If you look at the palette, basically anything there is a possibility.

edit: I didn't post the palette here haha. I will get a link for everyone.

Is there any way to donate money to you when the theme is done?

Justin Oh good! And I didn't even realize who I was talking with 😅 Once I get the github page up and running I would love to know what to work on so that it functions better for Solus Budgie!

Fatih19 Gosh, I hadn't even thought of that! This really just started as a interest/learning project and I originally hadn't planned on sharing it. More people than I expected showed interest so now I want fix it up and share it for them to enjoy, but I have no intention of taking any money for it. Just enjoy it 🙂!

                  https://www.codepile.net/pile/mMl1G1J3

Line no 4 for accent color
Line no 103 for copying any extracted min/max/close button to replace (commented one)...may be here u can have different min/max/close button.
