Changing the Icon Theme of Evolution

The only thing I've found on this topic is a bug report form last year that said apparently will change if you use certain icon set like Numix or Paper. And also, I've found a couple of stuff from Ubuntu and Fedora forum from 2010.
The apps is feature rich. But the icons being used (look at the screenshots) is garbage and I would like to change it.

It depends on your global icon theme. It is the one supplying the icons to Evolution.

Justin How do I merge the global icon theme from 2 theme (Like Numix and LA Capitaine) together into one? Paraphrasing it, how do I 'transplant' it from one to the other.

Fatih19 Yeah therein lies the tricky part. I've never done that before, I know you can use inherit functionality in the icon theme indexes but never had to do it manually.
