Changing from Qt to Gtk+ and vice versa

How much effort do you need to do it? How hard is it? I'm not a coder, so I want to know how difficult it is to port a software to a different toolkit. Is it like repairing a broken keyboard or like repairing a broken CPU, in which it's not really worth repairing and you're better off buying a new one.

It's a totally separate API (which will mean nothing to you), but it's apples and oranges. They're both fruit.

dbarron Like between Vulkan and DX12? They're both API that has the same purpose, but you rarely see a game that can use both. I'm asking if that's also the case with your day-to-day apps.
