WIN 10/11 EULA says every file you have in every folder is sent back to HQ, every keystroke, every voice intonation and 25 more layers of telemetry…that he didn't know that WIN is already a "massive data collection" for the last decade so I am perplexed that he didn't know.
But the rest of this was on the money: Linux is not one person. "In the Linux world you can't regulate a damn thing" he says later on. He makes sense of both CA and CO laws and even cites CO law that says software distributors/creator can't be on the hook for anything.
He stumbled at 1:31 but concluded at the end that proprietary software it easy to corral in and control for the 18 thing than anything FOSS. Pretty good overall.
