I hadn't use my web cam with vivaldi before and I had to use it and I am having issues. On Brave it works fine.
I have a USB Logitech camera and when I test the camera on vivaldi the picture is stuttering and gets only 2fps. Also the light on the camera goes on and off but on brave it stays on all the time the camera is used.
Sorry if this is not the the thread but I searched in the forum and found this.
I also removed the plugin but still the same.
