Can't start an AppImage?

As mentioned above, I tried to start this AppImage and it keeps crashing. I asked AI, but we couldn't figure it out. Maybe someone here can help me?

Can you launch other Appimages?

I am not an Appimages expert, but it looks like a potential sandbox issue for the internal Webkit.

Yep, I startet some other AppImages - I even tried to figure it out, with the developer.
No success at all, sadly 🙁

don't you have to give yourself permission to use an appimage? that's always been the case unless they shipped with anyone-can-launch permissions and I didn't get the memo which is quite possible
It's an unreasonable expectation, as you admitted, to believe they could all launch. Between X11 and Wayland I've never had a 100% success rate launching an appimage app. At least for me…

Thats appimages sometimes they dont work not much one can do.

I was once given the advice to manage all AppImages via the Gear Lever app.

I downloaded it and have never looked back since: It shows, downloads and installs possible updates, it integrates the AppImages into your OS and will make you happy.
