Appimage Manager

Can anyone recommend an AppImage manager to update and manage app images. I have a few in my downloads folder I use now and again. CachyOS has shelley which has this built in maybe Solseek could have an added section for app images?

As SethStorm666 mentioned GearLever. It works well, and you have even updated AppImages that support updates through it. I actually made a custom script that checks and updates the AppImages through GearLever for Solseek as well.

Gear lever is great. You can choose the folder of your choice to stock your appimages, it updates appimages too.

I'm using the Helium browser appimage (since it exists only as rpm/deb).

Will gearlever actually launch the app? (don't like opening folders to launch this and it can't be pinned to panel)

Gear Lever integrates other apps in your desktop. That means, icons will appear in your menu, as with native and flatpak apps, and you can add them to your desktop, and pin them to your panel. At least on Plasma and Xfce you can, I suppose that you can also on Budgie and Gnome.
