To see if there are drivers for your Intel GPU, open up Discover / GNOME Software and go to "Hardware Drivers".
If you see Intel GPU drivers, you can install them from here. If you don't see them, they aren't necessary for your GPU. In that case, we'll need more details about your system to help.

I did a brief search and found an article on the Arch wiki about Intel Graphics. They recommend installing the mesa package, which in Solus would be mesalib. You can install that if it isn't already.
