Wayland Budgie Question in unstable-

pomon I want to update my kde crystal dock that I compiled and installed myself
Do we have an eopkg for it now?
Will it mess up if I install over the one I did.

Just testing Budgie 10.10.2 on Arch.
Not ready for me. Mostly because of workspaces related issues

no animations
some panel bugs
workspaces applet not fully functional
annoying OSD when switching workspaces

Solarmass eventually I could pin flatpaks to panel. It's SUPER-BIZZARE that hiccups mostly went away.

WIN Key=can't type app name in field. Buddies said no cure for that yet.
Intermittent: power off broke half the time but always works when you log off first

On X11 I still need my password to use chromium so at lease that went away with Wayland.
On the whole I like it though.

I don't have a problem with flatpaks and Super key.

On Arch I noticed that if you poweroff or reboot from the terminal it would keep stopping session for 1min 29sec. Super annoying! It could be not directly related to Budgie.

pomon After fixing the previous issues, the system is stable and I use it daily. There are some known bugs, like the smart hiding of the Budgie panel, so I also use Crystal Dock. I can’t comment on gaming performance because I have old hardware and I’m not a gamer. However, Lutris, Steam, and the games I do have are working fine.

this is valuable, thank you. I want to press it into service. between me and buddies we took care of a lot. I don't game.

I built all the packages I mentioned myself via solbuild, as they aren't officially available. @Axios crystal-dock isn't in the repo.
