Budgie user here on Skylake/Maxwell desktop. Updates went fine (thank you Solus Team) but noticed bottom panel (menu bar) disappears & reappears in a "flash" whenever I turn on my bluetooth headset. Turning off the bluetooth headset does not display this bottom panel "flash" behaviour, but if I turn it on again the "flash" happens. Also noticed in system settings > sound > output under configuration section it now defaults to codec SBC whereas before it defaulted to codec SBC-XQ. Initially when 1st set up prior to update, I just selected the codec SBC-XQ & upon restart/cold boot it would remember that codec SBC-XQ selection.
The bluetooth headset works as intended (no actual connection/audio issues) even after the "flash", I've got the following packages installed related to bluetooth; bluez, gnome-bluetooth-1, hidapi, hidapi-32bit, libldac, sbc
Bluetooth service is started under systemctl status as 10403 /usr/lib64/bluez/bluetooth/bluetoothd as systemd has been updated/reconfigured.
It functions as it's supposed, now just with this "flash" behaviour & codec default change, just thought I'd give feedback, thanks.
