Solus doesn't have account holders. If Microsoft weren't stupidevil with Windows they wouldn't either. This wouldn't apply to Windows 7, for instance. Or I should say, it couldn't apply. Without an account, not only is there no requirement to do this, you can't do it at all. Which is the way it should be.
The rest of that law is pure garbage that Linus Torvalds could probably insult more creatively than I can.
