probleme battery charge

Hi!
I have a battery problem.
After leaving my computer on, it shut down because the battery ran out. After unplugging it, I turned it back on and now the battery won't recharge. However, the health is indicated as 94%!
Can anyone help me?

Pots Various methods that I have tried include

Leave on charge for a 48hr period. This is the most likely fixes imo.
Switch off, completely remove battery and power supply. Hold power-on button for about a minute.
Chill the battery down in the fridge overnight and then try charging again.
Try googling your fault including make and model of your PC.
Many battery recovery methods fall into the same category as voodoo, I have tried to avoid those and only listed the ones that have some chance of working. Your own experience may differ.
If you are using a laptop that uses a charge with voltage sensing charger (Dell, HP & others) it could just be that the sensor wire has disconnected somewhere. Check the charger light comes on when plugged in.

I don't know why, after 3 days, the battery is charging.

Pots To get the best out of your battery try to avoid charging above 80% or discharging below 40%.
Some computers have controls in the BIOS that allow you to enable this.
Your battery should occasionally be allowed to cycle from a full charge to full discharge to stretch it's legs.

BuzzPCSOS I know all that, but since I switched to Linux, I haven't found a way to block battery charging. In Windows, it was possible using software provided by MSI (my PC is an MSI laptop).
In the BIOS, I don't have a tab for the battery. In Plasma, I should normally be able to do it, but I can't find the settings.

Like Buzz said most new hardware manages charge so if stuck it that range it wont ever charge
you finally got below that and it charged.
My phone likes to do that shit drives me nuts sometimes takes me a minute to think whats going on.
I dont fight it anymore..lol

Pots If it is available for your PC the settings will be in
System Settings > Power Management > Advanced Power Management
